Our 7mm Ultra-Strong Knee Sleeves are designed to help you squat, deadlift and lunge as heavy as possible without the usual risk of injuries.

Made from 7mm heavy duty neoprene, these lifting sleeves give you extra support for heavy squats, deadlifts and other compound movements. We use the thickest neoprene on the market to make these sleeves, giving them an unmatched level of support for your knees.

These knee sleeves have quadruple stitching at the top, bottom and rear, making them some of the strongest powerlifting sleeves on the market today. No matter how heavy you like to squat, our sleeves will always give you the support and knee protection you need.

Sizing:

While standing, measure around your leg, one inch above your kneecap:

13 to 14.5 inches (33-37cm) – Small

14.5 to 17.5 inches (37-44.5cm) – Medium

17.5 to 19.5 inches (44.5-50cm) – Large

These knee sleeves fit tight against your skin to provide optimal support. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, add half an inch to your knee measurements before choosing your size from the list above.

Good quality These are extremely tight. I got the 7 mm thickness in a small size. Do these kind of stretch a little bit over time or should I return these and go for the medium? I was able to get these on but it was extremely difficult and also very difficult to take them off too. If they were just marginally bigger it would be ideal, but I feel like a medium might be too much bigger than the small size Response from Yawelift: Hi Ian, The sleeves will fit quite tight when they are new and take 2-3 uses to “break in” and fit comfortably. If they feel overly tight, you can stretch them by wearing them in a squat position (like this: http://www.menshealth.com/sites/menshealth.com/files/articles/2015/12/instafit-2.png) for 30-60 seconds at a time until they loosen up. Over time the neoprene will adjust to the size and shape of your leg for a more comfortable fit. Thanks!

Good for Bootcamp and Crossfit Very good :) I use these for Crossfit and working out by myself at the gym. I'm 5'6 and measure 15.5 inches above my knee and ordered size M. It fits well and is easy to put on and take off. The only downside is these are THICK knee sleeves so only for squats, they are a little bit too thick for circuit training. I think 7mm is perfect for weights but 5mm is better for circuit.

Really useful and great value for money I occasionally get patellar tendinitis when I squat heavy, and these sleeves make a huge positive difference. As well as providing support they help keep my knees in the right position while I squat without any of the inward motion I sometimes get when squatting without sleeves. I have a pair of Rehband sleeves that cost almost $80 and bought these as a budget spare pair to use for heavy workouts. In terms of quality they are just as good as the Rehbands and cost less than half as much!
